Join Marcus Blackwell, founder of Coffs Coast’s renowned Latitude 30, and his award-winning head chef Ricky Worthing for a live cooking session that brings the essence of coastal dining to the street.

With roots in wild-caught produce and a deep respect for fresh, local ingredients, this duo brings decades of experience and a passion for flavour to the pan.

See State Champions from all over Australia battle it out in the Final of the Aussie Chilli Championship.

They will compete, eating Chillis until they can no longer handle the fire.

As the final ramps up, so does the heat.

The winner will not only be crowned "Aussie Chilli Champion", but will also travel to the USA to compete in the World Chilli Championship.

The heat... Hits the street

On the first Saturday in July, picturesque First Avenue is transformed into a carnival of all things hot and spicy.

Attracting over 13,000 people on the day, the Chilli Festival features over 70 chilli related and market stalls.

Offering a variety of foods and flavours from some of Australia’s leading chilli product manufacturers as well as our local restaurants and cafes showcasing their own famous cuisine.
